NOTICE OF NOMINATIONS

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

The Nominating Committee of ANECA Federal Credit Union, consisting of Chairman Wayne Villemarette, Rhonda Butler and Susan McClure have recommended the names of two Members to serve on the Board of Directors.

Nominees for Board of Directors (3-year term, beginning March 2026):

Randy Beauclair (incumbent)

• ARKLA employee for more than 20 years
• Retired in 2015 from Bramer Engineering
• Active parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church
• Member of ANECA’s Board of Directors since 1975

Lynn Lyle (incumbent)

• More than 25 years’ experience with financial institutions
• Retired Chief Budget Officer for Bossier Parish Community College
• Past Board of Directors member of the Gingerbread House and Bossier Federal Credit Union
• Has served for 10 years on AENCA’s Board of Directors, 8 of which were on the Executive Council

Any Member aged 18 or older, who is interested in being considered for election to the Board of Directors may submit a Nomination by Petition. Petitions must be signed by 1% of ANECA’s Membership, and include a statement of qualifications, biographical data, and a signed Agreement to Serve if elected. Nominations by Petition must be received at the main branch of ANECA Federal Credit Union, Attention: Board of Directors Nomination, 4361 Youree Drive, Shreveport, LA 71105, by February 16, 2026.

In the event there are no Nominations by Petition, those nominees presented above will be elected by general consent at the Annual Meeting to be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the Shreveport Aquarium located at 601 Clyde Fant Parkway, Shreveport, LA 71101. There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
