Trey Culverhouse began his career in financial services in 1998 and has specialized in mortgage lending since 2001. He joined ANECA Credit Union in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for helping Members achieve homeownership.
With a background in lending, underwriting, and financial management, Trey understands that every mortgage is more than just a transaction—it’s a step toward a Member’s future. He values building strong relationships and takes the time to guide Members through the home loan process, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
When he’s not helping Members find the right mortgage solution, Trey enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and four boys. His dedication to both family and finance reflects ANECA’s mission of putting people first and strengthening the community.

Zack Wilson joined ANECA Credit Union in 2021 and transitioned into the mortgage department as a loan originator in 2023. With over nine years of financial experience and a degree in finance from Louisiana Tech University, he brings both expertise and a passion for helping Members achieve their homeownership goals.
Zack understands that every mortgage application tells a unique story. He takes the time to build strong relationships, ensuring each member receives personalized guidance throughout the home loan process. His commitment to finding solutions—even when an application doesn’t “check all the boxes”—aligns with ANECA’s mission to serve members beyond traditional banking standards.
